George Pelling

George Pelling will now oversee CBRE's Retail Investment Properties business, focusing on driving growth in this area. With over 12 years of experience at CBRE, Pelling's expertise and proactive approach will enhance CBRE's ability to serve its clients.

Tim Denny has been appointed to lead CBRE's Retail Occupier business. In this role, he will foster stronger strategic partnerships and promote collaboration to deliver a comprehensive, integrated service to clients.

Pelling and Denny have joined CBRE's Retail Markets Board and have already taken up their new positions.

Graham Barr, head of UK Retail at CBRE, said: ‘These two senior promotions will enhance our leading proposition to clients in the constantly evolving retail sector. By having two clear leadership positions covering Occupier and Investor we are best placed to deliver tailored and innovative solutions to our clients that truly meet their needs as they continue to look for more integrated solutions.’

Both will report to Graham Barr, who was appointed by CBRE in June to lead the management of its UK Retail Markets team.
