Global property adviser CBRE has added seven new members to its German Investment team, mainly by recruiting staff from BNP Paribas Real Estate and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Global property adviser CBRE has added seven new members to its German Investment team, mainly by recruiting staff from BNP Paribas Real Estate and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Georg Hölz has been appointed head of the investment team in Düsseldorf from the first of October and is managing director for CBRE in Düsseldorf. Hölz was a director of national Investment at BNP Paribas Real Estate for 10 years before joining CBRE. Also new in the CBRE investment team in Düsseldorf is Angelo Augenbroe, who is a senior consultant. Augenbroe previously worked for Jones Lang LaSalle.
Another former Jones Lang LaSalle employee, Mark Ehlers, started as a consultant with CBRE's investment advisory team in Germany on 1 October.
Manuel Sellmeier started working for the Munich Investment team on 1 September as senior consultant, joining from BNP Paribas Real Estate. Benjamin Pouwels started at CBRE in September as consultant in the retail investment team and also previously worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate.
CBRE also added to its logistics team in Germany. On 1 October Jan Koch started as a senior consultant, joining from Garbe Logistics. Philipp Schultheis, who headed the German Equal Real Estate office until August, is now an associate director with CBRE’s Investment team in Frankfurt.

We are therefore significantly expanding our investment team in order to support our clients and the German investment market.'
