CBRE appoints SEE capital markets head

CBRE has appointed Tim O'Sullivan as head of capital markets for Southern and Eastern Europe.

Based in Budapest, O'Sullivan will have responsibility for Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia Herzegovina.

O'Sullivan has been with CBRE for more than four years and recently held the position of head of capital markets in Hungary. He has been involved in several key transactions, including the sale of Info Park E to Bluehouse at the end of last year.

In his new SEE role, O'Sullivan will report directly to Mike Atwell, senior director and head of capital markets for CEE.
