CBRE has appointed Dmitriy Sveshnikov as director of the property management department in Russia.

CBRE has appointed Dmitriy Sveshnikov as director of the property management department in Russia.

In this role, he will oversee the company’s property management business and be responsible for strategic planning as well as for providing actual control and facility management support of the buildings in the company’s portfolio.

Sveshnikov started his career in real estate 12 years ago in the position of a receptionist in a Class A business centre. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked for Skanska Olson and JSC Vorlex in the positions of facility services specialist, duty and later on chief engineer.

Sveshnikov joined CBRE in 2007 in the position of chief engineer in the Voznesenskiy business centre. More recently he was senior property manager overseeing three business centres totalling 59,400 m2.

CBRE advises clients on property management aspects in four segments of real estate: Class A and B+ business centres, warehouses and logistic complexes, shopping centres and office premises. CBRE currently has 22 projects in its Property Management portfolio in Russia.
