CBRE, world’s largest real estate advisor, has appointed Josh Beer as head of CBRE 360 for EMEA.
Beer previously worked as director of outsourcing solutions at The Instant Group.
‘The changing landscape of work is creating a new wave of expectations and opportunities for occupiers and investors,' commented Andrew Kupiec, Global President of CBRE 360. 'With his broad experience advising on the design, development and leasing of agile work environments, Josh is well positioned to guide our clients in the development of highly effective workplaces that deliver more value to the people and organizations they serve.’
Beer will lead CBRE 360 for investor and occupier clients across the EMEA region. Beer's hire follows the firm’s London appointments of Michael Glynn, who joins from Regus, and Nicki Mayle, who joined from serviced office provider i2 Office.
‘CBRE has an enviable reputation for providing industry-leading advice across the entire property lifecycle. I look forward to taking up this position and working alongside the team, as experiential-led approaches become an essential and dynamic proposition in the market,’ Beer said.
