Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has appointed Julie Ennis as head of UK Occupier.
In her new role, Ennis will be responsible for leading CBRE’s occupier strategies to drive growth across all aspects of its occupier business in the UK.
She joins CBRE with over 25 years of experience in the banking and property services industries. She spent more than 20 years at the Bank of Ireland, where she held progressive leadership positions spanning sales, product & proposition development, strategy and operations across retail banking, corporate banking and wealth management advisory.
She has been at Sodexo since 2019, serving as CEO of its €700 mln Corporate Services and Energy & Resources segments for the UK & Ireland. During this time, she led multiple business initiatives including the successful launch of its workplace value proposition to clients across the life sciences, tech, media and telecoms, and financial and professional services sectors.
