Global real estate advisor CBRE has appointed Bernardo Freitas as head of ESG, property management, Continental Europe.
Freitas joined CBRE in 2014 and has considerable experience in energy and technical consulting services in the real estate industry.
Over the past few years, he has been working within property management and ESG services.
In Freitas’s new role, he will be responsible for leading CBREs ESG service offering within property management in Continental Europe, supporting clients in achieving their ESG goals.
Based in Portugal, he will report to Robert Lodder, managing director, property management, Europe. He will work closely with Carl Brooks, global lead for ESG within property management and Ludovic Chambe, head of ESG and sustainability services, Continental Europe.
