Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has appointed Chris Gow as head of debt & structured finance, Europe, effective from 1 January 2024.
Gow joined the business in 2020 and has been leading the debt & structured finance team in the UK & Ireland since January 2023.
In his expanded role, Gow will be responsible for accelerating the growth of CBRE’s debt capabilities across all real estate sectors and geographies in Europe, ensuring CBRE’s clients are supported through any capital event.
In addition, Robert Jan Peters, head of debt & structured finance in the Netherlands, will be assuming wider responsibilities in Continental Europe.
Working closely with Gow, Peters will be responsible for driving greater collaboration across the region to ensure consistent and exemplary client service.
