'Italy is a very important market for capital advisors activity, and there is a huge amount of demand for real estate advice as clients seek greater optionality when making investment decisions,' commented Dakin, head of capital advisors EMEA at CBRE. 'Martina has a wealth of experience across the financial spectrum, which will be a valuable contribution to the development of the business and a vital component in our strategy to expand capital advisors across the continent. Her appointment follows the launch of the capital advisors business in France earlier this year.'

Over the past 13 years, Muehlhofer has held various roles at Deutsche Bank, most recently as senior vice president for Italy.

'The launch of capital advisors in Italy will allow us to better respond to our clients' demands and will provide them with access to the latest innovations and the most efficient sources of financing, using the full power of the CBRE network,' concluded Alexandre Astier, head of capital markets, CBRE Italy.
