Real estate advisor CBRE has announced the appointment of Chris Larkin as chief transformation and development officer – EMEA/UK effective 1 March 2018.
In this newly created role, Larkin will be responsible for leading transformation programmes in the UK and EMEA and for developing and executing initiatives that support and accelerate strategic growth, client service enhancements, business process efficiency and productivity.
Larkin joins CBRE from Bigrock People Performance Solutions, of which he was the founder and managing Director. Bigrock is a consultancy delivering cultural change and corporate transformation programmes to clients in UK, EMEA and USA.
Over the past three years Larkin has worked closely with the Leadership and Executive teams at CBRE on a number of strategic change management initiatives. Larkin’s background prior to Bigrock was in Insurance, Banking and Wealth Management.
