Property adviser CBRE has been appointed by JSC Riga Mall to lease the largest shopping centre and entertainment complex in northwest Moscow.

The Riga Mall, which is due to open in 2015, spans a total leasable area of 80,000 m2 and sits in a catchment area of more than 1.2 million people.

The complex is located 5 km from the Moscow Ring Road and will be home to a mix of mid-market and premium brands. Construction of a parking lot with a capacity of 3,000 cars is also part of the project plan.

CBRE will focus on attracting occupiers to the four-storey complex which covers a total area of 146,000 m2. Riga Mall, a professional project development company, will work closely with CBRE to market the complex.
