Agent CBRE has appointed Willem Rodermond as senior director in its Valuation Advisory team in The Netherlands.
He will concentrate on business development and will lead a team that provides valuations and advice principally to private equity clients.
Before his hire at CBRE, Rodermond spent 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield in The Netherlands, where he became a partner and headed up the Valuation team. He has built up extensive experience of loan security valuations, due diligence valuations for acquisition and business related property valuations.
