CBRE has made two new appointments to its shopping centre lease consultancy team in the UK.
Nick Gardner joins as a senior director and Jon Lees as an associate director. Both come from Cushman & Wakefield.
Gardner has been at Cushman & Wakefield for the past 11 years where he was responsible for the retail lease consultancy team. He has worked with a number of high-profile clients including Hammerson, Intu Properties and Land Securities.
Lees also specialises in shopping centre lease consultancy with 10 years’ experience in the sector and his major clients include LaSalle and The Prudential.
