Professional services firm CBRE has recruited Susan Joyce to its Irish business to spearhead brokerage for the operational real estate (OPRE) team.
Joyce, who joins after 10 years working with CBRE UK in the advisory and transactions part of the business, has now recently joined the Dublin office and will be working within the brokerage operational real estate team.
She will have an overall responsibility for the disposal, acquisition and strategic investor management of specialist commercial real estate businesses with a particular focus on alternate OPRE, to include portfolio investment acquisitions / disposals and refinancing.
Joyce will be tasked with growing the firm’s expertise in OPRE across Ireland. Her appointment bolsters the existing team which includes Christian Judd who focuses on operational real estate corporate finance, and Gareth Williams who leads on valuation.
