Global real estate advisor CBRE has appointed new managing directors for its Irish and Nordic operations.

Guy Hollis, who has led CBRE's business in Ireland since 2007 and built the region’s cross-border services, will expand his leadership role to work with Martin Samworth, managing director EMEA.

In addition, he will become managing director of CBRE’s Nordics business and retain board level responsibility for CBRE’s Irish and Northern Irish businesses.

Enda Luddy has been appointed as managing director, Ireland with Florence Stanley promoted to deputy managing director. Brian Lavery continues as managing director, Belfast.
