CBRE adds to EMEA office agency

CBRE has appointed Peter Leyburn to its EMEA office agency and tenant representation team as a senior director based in London.

Leyburn has more than 30 years of international experience and joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he spent two years as head of office agency for Italy.

Prior to this, he spent nine years at DTZ leading and developing its office agency business across EMEA. Prior to that Leyburn worked for Richard Ellis spanning 14 years where he led the South East business space team.

Leyburn's remit is to support, strengthen and expand CBRE’s cross-border EMEA office agency and tenant representation business. He will report to Cris Tollast, head of EMEA tenant representation and will work alongside Marc Reboux, senior director EMEA tenant representation at CBRE.
