CB Richard Ellis has acquired the 'Defense Bergeres' building in Nanterre, central France for the French Dynamique Bureaux company. This vacant office building, completely renovated in 2005, provides a lettable area of about 10,000 m[sup]2[/sup] and includes a restaurant and 254 parking spaces. The investment is of the order of EUR 30 mln, the Business Immo website reported.

In the transaction, CBRE, the world's largest real estate advisor, was assisted by the Theret notaries office, and the De Pardieu Brocas Maffei practice. The seller was advised by the Lefevre Pelletier & Associes practice. Financing was provided by HSH Nordbank.
