Property consultants CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has announced the signing of an affiliate agreement with Greek commercial real estate services company Atria group (formerly Lambert Smith Hampton Hellas).
Atria Group was founded in 1990 and is the first Greek commercial real estate services firm to deliver full-service offering to its clients. The company employs 45 people in its offices in Athens and Thessaloniki. Atria Group is comprised of Axies, a valuation and consulting company, and Atria Property Services, which specialises in investment sales and advisory, office and retail agency leasing, corporate real estate services, real estate finance services along with asset, property and facilities management.
