Pierre-Emmanuel Cauët has been appointed head of retail assets at French listed property group Affine. The company manages, for its account or that of French SIIC AffiParis, a portfolio of 87 buildings with an estimated value of EUR 822.3 mln. The portfolio comprises 668,000 m[sup]2[/sup] in France, including 17% of city-centre retail areas.

A graduate of the Advanced Master’s Programs of urban, environmental and services management from the ESSEC Business School, Cauët integrated in 2003 the management team in charge of retail development at Unibail-Rodamco. In 2007, he joined Vinci Immobilier as manager of programs in the retail department before becoming its director of development.
The Affine Group is a diversified property company specialized in commercial property. It holds 107 buildings with an estimated value of EUR 1 bn and a total surface area of 829,000 m2. The group mostly owns office property (54%), commercial property (21%) and warehouses (19%). Its activities are split between Affine (56%), active in French regions outside Paris, AffiParis (20%), and Banimmo (24%), a Belgian property development company located in Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
