Catella Real Estate has acquired three housing complexes in the Netherlands for its special fund Panta Rhei Dutch Residential.

Catella Real Estate has acquired three housing complexes in the Netherlands for its special fund Panta Rhei Dutch Residential.

The three assets comprise an apartment building in Rijswijk, near The Hague, with 160 units and two blocks in Eindhoven with a total of 143 apartments. All three assets are fully let with a below-average rent fluctuation. It is the first acquisition to be made for the fund.

´All the properties are in regions with strong growth and high demand,´ said Voäs Brouns, partner with Maastricht-based Panta Rhei Partners.

The Panta Rhei fund has secured 5% of its target investment volume of €150 mln, with a minimum investment of €5 mln. The target yield is between 6 and 7% and dividends are expected to be in the range of 4 to 5%.
