Catella Real Estate KAG has acquired the Sjöstadsporten office building in the new district Hammarby Sjöstad to the south of Stockholm for SEK 225 mln (EUR 25 mln). The vendor is Andersson Real Estate Investment Management (Areim).
Catella Real Estate KAG has acquired the Sjöstadsporten office building in the new district Hammarby Sjöstad to the south of Stockholm for SEK 225 mln (EUR 25 mln). The vendor is Andersson Real Estate Investment Management (Areim).
Catella bought the scheme for its Catella Scandia Chances property fund. The property provides 7,700 m2 of office space and is around 84%-let.
Areim bought it in 2007 from developer Skanska as a turnkey project.
