Investment manager Catella AB has appointed a new chief financial officer (CFO).
Christoffer Abramson was most recently at EF Real Estate Holdings in the US, where he held the same position.
Welcoming Abramson to the team, Johan Claesson, acting CEO and president of Catella AB, said: ‘In Christoffer, with his solid background and experience in the international real estate sector, Catella gets an important contribution to further develop the business and ensure future growth.’
Writing on LinkedIn, Abramson, said: 'I am honoured and excited to join this dynamic and innovative team as we continue to strengthen across the European investment landscape.'
At EF Group, Abramson was involved in the firm’s international expansion. Previously, he worked as an operating executive in the private equity funds sector in London and Paris. He has also been CFO of General Electric’s real estate division in London.
Abramson is due to take up the position on 15 October. The appointment is subject to the approval of the Supervisory Authority in Luxembourg, Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
