Swedish real estate firm Castellum has announced that a wholly owned subsidiary has sold a 6,900-m[sup]2[/sup] property with hotel operations in central Örebro, Sweden. The underlying proeprty valuation of SEK 102 mln (EUR 11 mln) exceeds the latest valuation at end-June this year by 4%.

The vendor was Castellum's subsidiary Aspholmen Fastigheter. The buyer was not named.
In Malmö another Castellum subsidiary, Fastighets Briggen, has sold an office/residential property of 4,150 m2 with an underlying property value equivalent to SEK 60 mln, which exceeded the latest valuation around the half-year with SEK 11 mln, corresponding to 22%. Transfer of the property is scheduled for the end of September.
