Swedish real estate company Castellum has sold the last remaining pure residential property in its portfolio for SEK 255 mln (EUR 28.2 mln) to a new tenant owners association. Castellum said the property consists of a number of buildings, comprising 183 apartments with a total area of 13,700 m[sup]2[/sup]. Possession of the property was given up on December 1.

The company's principal activities are the development, renovation and rental of commercial property. Its real estate portfolio comprises offices, retail units, warehouse and industrial properties concentrated in five regions: greater Gothenburg, the Oresund region, greater Stockholm, Western Smaland and Malardalen. Residential units made up only 6% of its portfolio before the latest transaction.
