Swedish real estate firm Castellum has acquired two properties in Uppsala for SEK 190 mln (EUR 20.7 mln) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Aspholmen Fastigheter AB.

Swedish real estate firm Castellum has acquired two properties in Uppsala for SEK 190 mln (EUR 20.7 mln) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Aspholmen Fastigheter AB.

One of the properties is situated in the central of Uppsala at Dragarbrunnsgatan, near Aspholmen's existing properties, and consists of 10,425 m2 of office and retail premises. The property has an occupancy rate of 60%. The other property is situated in the Boländerna area near parts of Aspholmen's existing real estate portfolio and consists of 6,050 m2 office and retail premises. This property has an occupancy rate of 70%.

In Linköping, in Tornvinge industrial area, Fastighets AB Corallen has acquired a property for SEK 18 mln. The property, consisting of 2,390 m2 industrial and warehouse premises, is fully let.

During November Castellum has prolonged parts of existing credit agreements as well as added new credit facilities for a total of SEK 1,000 mln.
