Swedish listed property company Castellum acquired five properties in the Stockholm area for a total of SEK 137 mln (EUR 15.3 mln) at the end of 2010 through its wholly owned subsidiary Fastighets AB Brostaden.

Swedish listed property company Castellum acquired five properties in the Stockholm area for a total of SEK 137 mln (EUR 15.3 mln) at the end of 2010 through its wholly owned subsidiary Fastighets AB Brostaden.

Three of the properties are situated in Järfälla and consist of 10,400 m2 of which 3,200 m2 office and 7,200 m2 industrial premises. The properties have an occupancy rate of approximately 90%. One property is situated in Upplands Väsby and consists of 3,070 m2 fully-let industrial premises and one property is situated in Nacka and consists of 5,650 m2 office/industrial/warehouse premises with an occupancy rate of 95%.

In Malmö, Fastighets AB Briggen acquired and taken possession of a property for SEKm 40. The property consists of a total of 11,550 m2 of which 7,050 m2 office, 4,180 m2 warehouse and 320 m2 other premises. The property is vacant.
