According to a news report in French magazine BusinessImmo, the scheme has been acquired by a consortium of insurance groups Predica and CNP.

The property, which formerly housed the Customs Office, comprises 12,000 m2 of offices and 2,500 m2 retail space. It was bought by Carlyle in 2005 for EUR 165 mln and then completely restructured. The office part is leased to a number of tenants including Capital Fund Management and law firm Mac Dermott. Around 3,000 m2 of offices are still vacant.

Keops advised the vendor, Crédit Agricole Immobilier and Icade acted for the buyers.
