BNL Fondi Immobiliari SGR, on behalf of the Immobiliare Dinamico fund, has acquired a portfolio of four office buildings from The Carlyle Group. The properties are located in Milan and Rome, and comprise a total lettable area of almost 60,000 m[sup]2[/sup] 51,922 square meters. The seller said the portfolio's pre-tax valuation is EUR 51 mln.

Immobiliare Dinamico is the first Italian fund which re-opens at regular internals for new investors. The third opening takes place from 1 May to 30 June. Following this transaction, the fund's portfolio consists of 10 properties. Cushman and Wakefield together with AtisReal Italia acted as financial advisors of The Carlyle Group.
