Carlyle Group, the global private equity firm, has let a further 11,700 m2 at its Skt. Petri Passage office development in central Copenhagen. The property is now 75% let.
The letting follows Carlyle's recent announcement that it had leased 13,000 m2 of office space at the building and brings the number of tenants to five, covering a total of 36,000 m2 of the 49,000 m2 available.
The new tenant, the Copenhagen Center of Adult Education, will join law firm Bruun & Hjejle, Sankt Petri Schule’s new high school, the assurance association Skuld and the communication company Mensch. Skt. Petri Passage has been registered as an official road name in central Copenhagen and will open to the public for the first time in August 2010.
The first tenants are expected to move in by the end of summer 2010.
