The contract, for Lumiere LP, a joint venture between KW Linfoot and Frasers Property Group, involves the construction of two mixed-use towers offering retail, office and residential accommodation, some designed by Philippe Starck.

One tower will be 55 storeys high, the other 32. Construction is set to take four years.
