Capreon, the real estate investment and advisory arm of the Noé Group, has appointed George Minns as managing director.

As part of his role, Minns will carry out origination and execution of investments across Europe, with a strong focus on the British, German, Spanish and Italian markets.

He will also direct the growth of the business as well as leading business operations at an executive level, working closely with the Noé Group’s founding partners Zvi Noé, Raphael Noé and David Bloom.

Minns most recent role was the director of acquisitions and regional transaction lead for Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal) for seven years at specialist real estate fund manager, Europa Capital.

Previous experience also includes stints at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) and global investment business, Blackstone, where he supported the workout of complex non-performing loan transactions secured against traditional and alternative real estate.
