Anna Reuterskiöld has been appointed head of CapMan Real Estate Sweden and promoted to partner, according to the Nordic private asset investment firm.
Reuterskiöld started with CapMan in 2014, after spells as a property developer and analyst for Skanska Fastigheter.
'In recognition of her huge contribution to the business since 2014, as well as her dedication, initiative, productivity and leadership qualities, I am delighted to announce that Anna will become the Country Head for CapMan Real Estate Sweden, taking on the day to day role of managing the Stockholm office,' said Mika Matikainen, managing partner of CapMan Real Estate.
Reuterskiöld said: 'I’m very excited to take on this responsibility of heading our talented team in Stockholm. We have a strong portfolio of assets in Sweden and look forward to further building up presence in Sweden.
'We believe there is plenty of interesting investment opportunities that we can look to add into our portfolio in Sweden in the near future.'

CapMan’s real estate team currently includes 40 Nordic professionals, of which seven are based in Stockholm. CapMan’s current real estate volume under management is over €2.8 bn and the team is currently raising its third Nordic value-add real estate fund.
