CapMan Nordic Real Estate fund has signed an agreement to acquire the Bladet 3 office building in Solna, Northern Stockholm from listed property company Vasakronan.
The transaction price comes to SEK 630 mln (€70 mln).
Bladet 3 is a 31,700 m2 complex built in 1986 and recently modernised. It consists of four interconnecting office properties including facilities such as a restaurant, gym and large underground carpark.
Most of the building is let to insurance company IF, with 4,180 m2 of space still available for leasing.
Ed Williams, senior partner at CapMan Real Estate, said the purchase fits in with its strategy of focusing on Nordic growth centres. 'We will add value by further developing the building and its surroundings,' he said.
Bladet 3 is the fourth investment by the CapMan Nordic Real Estate fund. The fund focuses on office, retail and residential properties located in established submarkets of major Nordic cities.
