CapMan's operations are divided into two business units: CapMan Private Equity and CapMan Real Estate. The investment focus of its real estate activities, operational since June 2005, is on commercial properties in the greater Helsinki area (CapMan RE fund I) and in property development in Finland (CapMan RE II). The funds' portfolio includes commercial properties, logistics centres and warehouse premises. Recent assets include the Tokmanni Logistics Centre in Mäntsälä, the Entresse shopping centre at Espoo, and Skanssi, a shopping centre in Turku; all are currently under construction.
