Capital Property Advisors opens retail leasing department

Romanian-based real estate consultancy company Capital Property Advisors announced the opening on Friday of a new department of retail leasing. The new unit will be headed by Mihaela Petruescu, who has been involved in the past years in all the leasing phases of Arena Mall Bacau, Era Shopping Park Iasi, Mures Mall Târgu-Mures, Adora Mall Craiova, Corall Constanta, and Cora Brasov.

'We have decided to launch a new retail leasing department on the market, following the development of the company on the retail land business line. The new department will serve both owners of the shopping centers as well as the retailers present on the Romanian market,' saids Radu Lucianu, managing partner of Capital Property Advisors.

Capital Property Advisors was created from a partnership between real estate expert Radu Lucianu and the founders of Capital Partners, businessmen with a vast experience in banking, mergers, acquisitions and industry areas.
