Berlin-based Capital Bay has appointed Ralph Ziegler as managing director of Capital Bay Transaction Management.
Responsible for the entire group’s property acquisitions, Ziegler joins the firm from Deutsche Wohnen AG, where he was responsible for the purchase and sale of large residential portfolios.

Ziegler has more than 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. Before Deutsche Wohnen, he worked at HIH Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung.
