Capera Immobilien Service has won a mandate to manage a distressed real estate portfolio of around 85,000 m2 of rental space across Germany.
Capera Immobilien Service has won a mandate to manage a distressed real estate portfolio of around 85,000 m2 of rental space across Germany.
The mandate, which includes 58 properties, lifts Capera's assets under management to a total of 15,000 residential and commercial units.
The company has also announced the appointment of Jörg Heberlein as managing director. Heberlein will work alongside Walter Leitner and joins from alt+kelber Immobilienverwaltung, where he served as managing director.
Capera Immobilien Service focuses on property management, facility management, letting services and sales. The company is headquartered in Neu-Isenburg, with six regional offices in Essen, Solingen, Gera, Hamburg, Hannover and Magdeburg.
