One of the largest real estate deals to have been signed in 2022 is set for completion after being waved through by the UK’s competition watchdog, The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
The €4.57 bn tie-up between Capco and Shaftesbury was the second largest transaction on record in Europe last year.
This week the pair said they welcomed the news and that completion of the merger is set for 6 March.
The companies agreed terms in June.
