The consultancy contract from the owner, an Irish investment consortium, includes the sale of the land, leasing and coordination of the marketing.
The various plots are available for purchase, for private investors as well as for joint development by joint venture partners and for leasing under the categories logistics and industrial (200,000 m²), offices and hotels (170,000 m²) and residential (150,000 m²).
