C&W to market 5-star hotel in Hungary

Cushman & Wakefield Global Hospitality has been appointed to sell the only full service five-star resort hotel in Hévíz, Hungary.

The mandate was awarded by banking group CIB.

The hotel is located in western Hungary within a short drive from the capital Budapest and close to Lake Hévíz, the second largest thermal lake in the world as well as Lake Balton, one of the largest lakes in Europe.

The Lotus Therme hotel offers 232 guestrooms, two conference rooms, a restaurant, two bars, a gym, six swimming pools, a six-hole golf course and tennis courts.
