C&W to lead leasing of Swedish office

Commerz Real has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as lead leasing agent for a 38,000 m2 office asset north of central Stockholm.

C&W will work together with property management company Nordic PM to find a new tenant for the major office complex.

Located in the Solna district, the building was constructed in 2001 by contractor Skanska to serve as its own European headquarters.

It was subsequently sold to Commerz Real's fully-owned Investmentgesellschaft unit in 2003.
