Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its Russian retail services team with eight new hires from Jones Lang LaSalle. The team join Maxim Karbasnikoff who moved to C&W from JLL last month as the new head of retail services in Russia.

The newcomers include Ekaterina Zemskaya, who joins as partner and head of Retail Agency, Anastasia Kuznetsova and Evgenia Osipova as associates, Rezeda Sadritdinova, Zulfiya Shilyaeva, Anna Zorina, Nadezhda Demianenko as senior consultants and Anastasia Lonshakova as a consultant.
Ekaterina Zemskaya will be responsible for coordinating and growing C&W's retail agency activities and joins after eight years at JLL where she held the position of National Director, Head of Shopping Centre Leasing.
Kuznetsova will be responsible for shopping centre leasing and has over eight years experience in shopping center development. She worked for JLL for almost five years, where she held position of associate director of retail agency.
Evgenia Osipova has over seven years experience in commercial real estate having worked as an associate director in Retail Agency at JLL since 2005.
C&W's retail services team is currently leasing over 1 million m2 of shopping centre space across Russia from Moscow to Tyumen.
