Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its investment team in France with the appointment of Philippe Ravoire effective January 2, 2014.
In his new role, Ravoire will be in charge of developing relationships with private and institutional investors in France and abroad, specialised in office assets under the management of Vincent Bollaert, head of office investments.
Ravoire joined C&W in 2005 as a consultant in the office lettings department. After working as a consultant in the key accounts team and as manager of the Ile-de-France South-Western Suburbs team, he became manager of the corporate services department in 2009, a business line dedicated to national and international occupiers.
