Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened the French capital markets team with three new hires as part of its development strategy in the market
Antoine Grignon, partner, has been made manager of retail investment. In this new role, Grignon will manage the retail investment team alongside Thierry Juteau, managing director and head of the capital markets team, and will be in charge of strategic sales mandates.
Grignon joined C&W France in 2003 as a consultant within the capital markets team. He was made associate in 2008 then partner in 2011.
Benjamin Sebban has been made consultant within the retail investment team. He will be in charge of the development of relations with private and institutional investors under Grignon. Sebban joined the capital markets group as an analyst in 2011.
Ariel Spira has joined capital markets as an analyst. Spira will work on the commercialisation of office, retail and industrial assets, in close collaboration not only with the Analytical team led by Agathe Pouget-Abadie, but also with the French and EMEA capital markets teams. Before joining C&W, Ariel Spira was an analyst at Knight Frank.
