C&W strengthens Berlin investment team

Michael Saddei will join Cushman & Wakefield as an associate in the agent's Berlin investment team from December 1.

Previously he was the managing director of GREC (German Real Estate Consultants) and before that spent four years as the director of the investment team at Winters & Hirsch in Berlin.

Over the course of his 14-year career in the investment industry, Saddei has procured properties worth over EUR 330 mln. He has mainly advised international and also national investors, investment companies, banks, public institutions, asset managers and private owners / family offices in the office, logistics, retail, hotel and residential property asset segments in both the single and portfolio segments.

C&W has investment teams in its offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg and Munich.
