Cushman & Wakefield has signed an exclusive affiliate agreement with Partner Real Estate to deliver commercial property services across the German-speaking region of Switzerland.
The new relationship takes effect in October 2024. Cushman & Wakefield has simultaneously renewed its existing agreement with SPGI Geneva SA, whose CEO is Grégory Grobon, its longstanding affiliate for the French-speaking region of the country, providing clients with complete coverage in Switzerland.
Partner Real Estate AG has sn experienced team led by co-founders Urs Küng and Abi Pranjes who have worked together for more than 25 years. The team delivers services including landlord and tenant representation, capital markets, retail services, and consulting. The new affiliate will operate in Switzerland’s four largest cities: Zurich, Geneva, Lausanne, and Basel.
Last month Cushman & Wakefield also entered Austria, where it did not previously have a branded presence, as Cushman & Wakefield CBS international.
Partner Real Estate will replace Cushman & Wakefield’s existing Zurich-based affiliate with whom it will continue to work until October, providing clients with continuous coverage.
