Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko has announced that it has secured OOO Coca-Cola Soft Drink Consulting and the Hungarian pharmaceutical company Egis as tenants at Kutuzoff Tower in Moscow. The tower is a 20-storey Class-A office development of almost 31,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of rentable office space. The project is being developed by the Irish-based Quinn Group.

Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for Kutuzoff Tower, of which 15,000 m2 is still available. The Quinn group has been active in the Russian real estate market since the beginning of 2006.
