Cushman & Wakefield has hired James Beckham from JLL to lead its London capital markets practice.
Beckham was international director at JLL’s City investment business, having built up King Sturge’s City capital markets business from scratch in the late 1990s.
He has been involved in several large deals, including the recent £472 mln sale of Ropemaker Place for British Land and the £315 mln purchase of Bankside by M&G.
