Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of the first phase of the Green Horizon office complex, being developed by Swedish group Skanska.
Green Horizon is a Grade A office complex being constructed according to sustainable standards, having received a LEED Gold pre-certificate and GreenBuilding certificate.
Designed by Medusa Group, the seven-storey scheme will provide a total of 33,000 m2 of leasable area across two buildings, with delivery of the first phase scheduled for Q4 2012.
The key tenant is business process outsourcing company Infosys BPO Poland, which will take 15,000 m2. The building will also house the £ódŸ branch office of Skanska.
The complex will also include 2,500 m2 of retail space with stores, service points and gastronomy area.
