Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Mark Freeman as head of the firm’s valuation & advisory practice in Poland.

Freeman has more than 20 years' experience in the real estate sector, gained from working in the UK, Poland and Hungary.

In his most recent role he led Savills' valuation and consultancy business in Poland where he was also a board member. Freeman previously worked for JLL in both the UK and Poland, where in the latter he led the valuation business. In 1999 he moved to Hungary with DTZ and became director of regional investment. He returned to Poland in 2005 with King Sturge as a board member and head of CEE valuation. He is a RICS Registered Valuer.

Freeman's appointment follows the recent recruitment of Duncan Sunter from CBRE to lead Cushman & Wakefield’s valuation and advisory business in Sweden.
